Our client in the automotive industry needed to increase sales conversion rates, as well as engagement by both phone and in-person visits from qualified prospects. They were also aiming to build greater exposure to different ethnic markets throughout the Central Florida area, focusing in on the Hispanic target market. Before, the client’s marketing decisions were being based off pre-conceived, un-researched notions of the market.
Dream Factory researched and analyzed marketing intelligence from the customers to identify and familiarize with the target markets. To reach the desired exposure, the client needed a brand realignment and new content strategy to create appeal for multicultural audiences. Dream Factory created an advertising and branding campaign to be carried out through multiple channels that would motivate conversions and sales, including revamping the client’s marketing materials with a more visual, modern and streamlined look.
Strategy was adjusted at different phases based on changes in the marketplace, allowing the client to expand into Spanish-speaking media outlets. All of this was complemented by a lead generation campaign that focused on digital and television elements, increasing leads and sales as a result. Leads and sales continued to grow, as this business was consistently expanding their audience in Central Florida.
